If done well, enrolment and on-boarding is a powerful tool that sets a great framework for communication between the Student and the Education Provider (higher completion).

But sadly, the opposite is also true. If the process of bringing a student into a learning organisation is done badly or is unclear, this can lead to different expectations on what the relationship and outcomes will be. Recently we have seen a number of these cases in the media leading to damaging exposure for the Education Provider and the industry. EduScreen is designed to solve this. It is a rigorous and thorough system that clearly sets out what both parties can expect during enrolment and study. Another option in EduScreen is to use AC3 (Assessment of Commitment to Course Completion). AC3 involves a short behavioral science test that very quickly assesses the commitment to study. The results of this also have direct links to progression and completion.



To monitor and report on the progression of our students, we use a unique management system called EduTracker. Using some of the world’s best Customer Relationship Management software, we provide a cloud-based service that allows us to record and track all of the interactions we have on behalf of the Education Provider. What this means is we get a fantastic and holistic picture on the complete student profile. This allows our study coaches to deliver advice and help that is honed to be relevant for that student, studying that course at that time.



Over our years of experience, we have found that sometimes it’s the simple things that can get in the way of a student doing what is required of them. Most of these questions or problems are issues that require technical support for the learning management system. And this is what EduDesk is designed to overcome.

EduDesk is a 24 hour technical support system for your LMS. It takes away the threat of non completion and claws back the time wasted for both the student and the Education Provider on handling technical support for the LMS.
